The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) developed a series of webinars on practice management and the first episode took place on November 18, 2021.
The webinar covered four themes: Veterinary Market and Workforce Issues; Veterinary Burnout and Staff Turnover; Veterinary Technician Utilization; Pet Owner Demand and Value Perception.
Speakers were Matt Salois, Director of Veterinary Economics, AVMA and Rosemary Radich, Principal Data Scientist and Assistant Director, AVMA Veterinary Economics. The host was Ralph Johnson, CEO, Veterinary Medical Association Executives.
