Privately owned forever! Rise Pet Health was born from the desire to create a specialty veterinary practice that truly puts pets, pet parents, and our team members at the heart of everything we do. Our newly built, 20,000 square foot specialty clinic is located in Orange County, California. In building Rise, we reimagined everything about specialty care – from the way our clinic looks to how we work together to save pet lives. And now, we are looking for a few extraordinary board-certified veterinarians to join us!

It’s time to recapture our passions and purpose as pet health providers. It’s time to put pets before profits - without compromise. Rise is privately owned – and will be forever. This gives us the unique opportunity to keep working the way we want to. While our model is new, it is pretty simple – build a beautiful positive-feeling clinic, enhance it with amenities that support our team, enable it with the very best equipment and technology, hire extraordinary people, and work together in a positive and supportive environment to achieve exceptional results. It’s not a new way of caring for pets, but it is the right way.

Rise is unique in that all of our profits will be reinvested into our purpose of saving pets, into innovation, and into our exceptional team members through pay and benefits that exceed standards and a positive work environment that promotes a greater quality-of-life. While we are focused on saving pets in our clinic, we are also committed to supporting pets at nonprofit animal rescues, and we will be making significant contributions to those organizations.

Our clinic in Laguna Hills is located near the beautiful coast and a short drive to Big Bear mountain and ski resorts. Southern California really has it all - phenomenal outdoor opportunities, great restaurants, amusement parks, theater and cultural events, professional sports, and more. There is almost nothing you can’t find, and the steady climate allows you to enjoy all your favorite activities year-round.
