Compensation begins with a competitive base salary and high production rates (starting at 40%), and you will enjoy traveling around your market in a brand new luxury vehicle.  Our benefits suite includes 100% employer-paid premiums for health/dental/vision coverage, 401k retirement planning with a company match, and allowances for CE and professional associations.
