Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital is a 24-Hour specialty and emergency animal hospital located in the heart of Hollywood, California. We are looking for a board-certified or residency-trained internal medicine specialist to join our internal medicine department.
MASH is a brand-new specialty and emergency animal hospital that opened its doors in March, 2017. It offers specialty services in surgery, emergency and critical care, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, nutrition, dermatology and is open 24/7 for emergencies. MASH is a newly constructed hospital with very spacious internal medicine suite, dedicated reception and exam rooms. State of the art internal medicine equipment includes a high-definition endoscopy tower (ureteroscope, integrated cystoscopes, rigid endoscopes, flexible bronchoscopes and flexible GI endoscopes), two newly purchased ultrasound machines with six different frequency probes, dedicated suite with fluoroscopy unit for interventional procedures, complete laparoscopy equipment, and a 16-slice CT scanner. MASH is eager to provide the Hollywood and surrounding Los Angeles community with the highest quality specialty and emergency veterinary medicine.
We are looking for an ideal candidate to be friendly, helpful, team player and able to communicate effectively with their staff. We encourage growth and innovation and have a brand-new facility with cutting-edge equipment to support our specialists. The selected applicant will be expected to provide consultations and treatment plans to patients for a 4-day weekly schedule.
You will be supported by an amazing group of certified technicians, doctor assistants and well-trained client care coordinators.
