Cardiologist

Virginia Veterinary Specialists (VVS) is actively expanding, and looking to add another board-certified or residency trained cardiologist to our current family of small animal specialists.  VVS is located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, a town that is consistently ranked as one of the top ten best places to live in the country.  Privately owned since April of 2010, VVS has quickly grown to become a well-respected veterinary specialty center in Central Virginia.  To better serve the needs of our referring veterinarians and the community, we are seeking to increase our staff.   

VVS currently staffs three board-certified small animal surgeons, three board certified small animal internists, one board certified cardiologist, and a board certified oncologist. VVS also works in close association with an emergency service to provide 24 hour care for our patients.  

The Cardiology department is supported by all the tools, technology, and experienced staff, that is needed to provide optimum patient care and diagnostics.  VVS offers an excellent compensation package, including 401K and profit sharing, dental and health insurance, as well as other benefits.
