Animal Medical Center of Seattle is looking for a skilled, caring, collaborative and friendly board-eligible or certified neurologist to join our existing specialist team in providing superior 24-hour specialty veterinary care in the Pacific Northwest. Our existing specialties include internal medicine, interventional radiology, neurology, oncology, surgery, emergency/critical care, dentistry, ophthalmology, and dermatology. In the fall of 2019, we moved into a newly renovated 14,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility just north of downtown Seattle.

We are looking to add another neurologist who shares our passion for patient/client care, continuing education and high-quality medicine. A third neurologist will join Beryl Swanson, DVM, DACVIM (neurology) and Austin Kerns, DVM, MS, DACVIM (neurology), to offer the Seattle veterinary and pet owning communities expanded access to the service as well as cutting-edge technology. We are interviewing doctors who are fun to work with and share our passion for advanced medicine, innovation in continued education, and warm, personal client care.

To provide the best care possible, we stay apprised of new innovations and utilize an extensive array of cutting-edge diagnostic, therapeutic and monitoring equipment. These include a 64 slice CT, 1.5T MRI, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, complete laboratory (CBC/Chemistry/I-Stat/Coag), monitoring devices (Telemetry/NIBP/ Invasive BP/telemetry), digital radiography, multiple ultrasound units, anesthetic and critical care ventilators and OEC 9800 fluoroscopy with a neuro vascular package. We are also equipped with complete endoscopic towers, therapeutic diode and cold lasers and we are leading the interventional medicine charge in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, we are virtually paperless with fully integrated treatment, invoicing and medical record software. We also have a full-time marketing specialist on site to promote you and your skills as well as introduce you to the referring community.

When hiring, from top to bottom, we focus on cultural fit which allows us to boast an awesome group of people you will love working with every day. We offer a competitive compensation; an excellent benefits package and we promote a sensible work/life balance policy for all of our employees.

Please contact our medical director, Adam Reiss, DVM, DACVECC, if you are looking for a fun, collaborative and compassionate environment to practice medicine. Inquires can be sent to Reissdvm@gmail.com or feel free to call 425-750-7812.
