Veterinary Neurologist - Animal Neurology & Imaging Center
The Animal Neurology and Imaging Center (ANIC) in New Mexico is looking to add a new colleague to their team! We seek a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Neurologist who enjoys a diverse range of cases and a strong educational environment.
The ANIC was started as a stand-alone, boutique veterinary neurology and neurosurgery clinic in 2013. Since then, three additional ANICs have been established in Texas, Louisiana, and Arizona. Across these locations, the ANIC doctors all feel part of a team and support one another often with case discussions and clinic coverage. Since joining Pathway Vet Alliance, the family of neurologists continues to grow.
The ANIC in New Mexico is located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are the only neurology group in the state, and draw referrals from Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah as well. We share our facility with a dentistry clinic and collaborate routinely with nearby multi-specialty clinics in Albuquerque. Our hospital has a residency training program and provides 24/7 staffing for in-patients and emergencies. Our tools include:
- in-house 1.5T GE MRI,
- on-site 64-slice Toshiba Aquillon CT,
- neurosurgery suites,
- digital radiography, and
- in-house laboratory analyzers.
We’re also fortunate to communicate directly with a group of neuroradiologists for wet reads, as needed.
As part of Pathway Vet Alliance, we can support our team members in many valuable ways.
