New River Veterinary Specialists is seeking to add a Board Certified Small Animal Cardiologist, or an individual who has completed an ACVIM or ECVIM approved residency.

Our privately-owned facility is located 30 minutes from historic Savannah, GA and 20 minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island, SC.  NRVS is a brand new custom built 15,000-square foot state of the art facility with a full in-house lab, 16 slice helical CT, fluoroscopy, interventional radiology suite, multiple ultrasounds, in house blood bank and component therapy, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, minimally invasive surgery, full service sports medicine and rehabilitation department, and a dedicated intensive care unit including long-term mechanical ventilation. 

NRVS is currently assembling a team of top-tier Specialists and Emergency Clinicians.  We are offering a unique opportunity for the right individuals to shape their own specialty service and contribute to the culture of the hospital.  Our approach to medicine is collegial and collaborative.  We plan to work closely with the veterinarians in the region to provide seamless care for their patients and clients.  We are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.  NRVS will be a center for education for regional veterinary personnel.
