Veterinary Cardiologist - Langley, BC

Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital is an independently owned multispecialty and emergency hospital in Langley, BC seeking a second cardiologist to join our growing multispecialty practice.

BBVSH has specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, neurology, emergency and critical care, and surgery. Langley, B.C. is a suburb of Vancouver with access to all of the vibrant opportunities of this world renowned city.

Job Requirements: DVM degree (or equivalent) with Specialization in Cardiology, experience an asset. 

Job Duties: Diagnose animals with cardiac diseases or abnormalities through physical examinations, laboratory and imaging tests.  conditions. Treat animals with cardiac conditions by prescribing medications or performing surgery. Vaccinate animals to prevent and treat diseases if applicable.  Advise clients on feeding, housing, and breeding. Perform routine, emergency and post-mortem examinations. Provide a range of veterinary services including euthanasia.
