Carolina Veterinary Specialists (CVS) is seeking a Veterinary Neurologist to join our team of Veterinarians and staff in Rock Hill, South Carolina. 

Located less than 30 minutes south of Charlotte (which is a reverse commute if you live in the Charlotte area), North Carolina, Rock Hill offers affordable housing, a great school system and is only a short drive from everything Charlotte has to offer which includes professional sporting events, concerts, and theater! Rock Hill is rapidly developing region with explosive growth.  The city has become a destination for sporting events such as soccer tournaments, bicycling (Velodrome, BMX course) as well as the nearly completed Carolina Panthers training center.  Rock Hill offers a university with sports as well as cultural events.  There are numerous restaurants and craft breweries in the area. Rock Hill and Charlotte offer several Greenways as well as the Carolina Thread trail, which is an expanding trail system throughout the region.  Rock Hill is located within a few hour drive of the South Carolina coast as well as the North Carolina Mountains. 

Carolina Veterinary Specialists operates 6 full-service, 24-hour-a-day emergency & specialty referral facilities in the Carolinas, with locations in Huntersville, Charlotte, Matthews, Rock Hill, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem. Each location provides multiple referral specialties, as well as 24-hour emergency and critical care.  

The rotating call scheduled is shared among Neurologists from all CVS hospitals in the Charlotte region as well as the PetVet network. Collaboration with three other neurologists in the CVS network is available and encouraged.  We are also happy to provide mentorship if desired.  At CVS we strive to continue to advance our skills and provide new and exciting diagnostics and procedures for our clients and patients.  The hospital environment is such that it encourages our doctors and staff to work in a collaborative manner with frequent informal consultations and case discussion.  Our Internist, Surgeon and team of Emergency Veterinarians are excited to welcome another member to their collaborative and enthusiastic team as we continue to grow.
