Metropolitan Veterinary Associates (MVA) is seeking an additional Cardiologist to join our highly regarded team - we are looking for an energetic, personable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. We are the preferred specialty and emergency hospital in our region for companion animals. Privately owned and practicing out of a 25,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, we have been providing the highest quality of veterinary medicine since 1986.
Our cardiology service is equipped with a Vivid E95 ultrasound, GE MAC 1200 6-lead ECG, digital radiography, Holter monitor system, AliveCor ECG event recorder, and St. Jude pacemaker interrogator and pacing supplies. Further diagnostic capabilities include onsite MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, I131, endoscopy, arthroscopy, thoracoscopy, laparoscopy, and in-house laboratory capabilities.
MVA's team is comprised of over 45 doctors in 13 specialties, and an experienced support team of over 150 employees. In addition to cardiology, we offer anesthesia, behavior, dentistry, dermatology, critical care, emergency services, internal medicine, interventional radiology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology and surgery (including minimally invasive surgery).
