Premier Veterinary Group is seeking a Small Animal Neurologist to join our 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Referral Hospital in Orland Park, Illinois.
Premier Veterinary Group has been long established in the Chicago Area for over 20 years and by adding the right small animal neurologist we are looking to provide a wider variety of services to our clients and community. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has the desire and ambition to lead and grow the surgical team. Collaboration with other specialists on complex cases provides support to the veterinary community through the highest level of communication and continuing education.
Our new facility is located in Orland Park which is less than 25 miles from Chicago and serves a large and busy group of referring veterinary hospitals. Our hospital is a 10,000 square foot, open concept facility with 2 surgical suites equipped for minimally invasive procedures. Current specialties include Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, Emergency and Rehab. Our specialists and emergency doctors are supported by an amazing group of technicians, client care representatives and a management team. Digital radiology, ultrasound and a 64 slice CT scan are available in our hospital. A 1.5 Tesla MRI is planned for 2020 as well as further disciplines.
Premier Veterinary Group is part of the Ethos Veterinary Health network of hospitals, providing our clinicians the opportunity to be part of a larger network of hospitals, but still maintain our distinctive identity. The focus of Ethos is on advancing veterinary medicine, along with providing high quality, compassionate care, which improves the lives of patients and their human companions. Our advancements center around three main areas:
- Transformative Science: We focus on driving initiatives that change the biology of disease, resulting in new diagnostics, novel therapies and improved treatments.
- Knowledge: We know we are only as good as our teams, so we are committed to continuous learning and growth, ensuring all team members have a path to reaching their fullest potential.
- Collaboration: Throughout Ethos we focus on capturing bright spots and sharing that knowledge across our organization. We believe a collaborative approach leads to better outcomes for our patients and more professionally fulfilled medical teams.
The success of our hospital can only be attributed to our colleagues. We have a highly collaborative culture that strives for excellence, is optimistic, collaborative, and supportive. This teamwork and camaraderie lead to delivering exceptional service to our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians. Competitive compensation, signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities at all levels of the organization. Relocation assistance is available for those not currently living in the area.
