Job Description:

VCA Lake Shore Animal Hospital l ocated in Chicago, Illinois is looking for an Medical Director who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured tea m.

Our newly renovated AAHA accredited hospital focuses mainly on preventive care and wellness. The new facility features 7 exam rooms (2 cat rooms, 4 dog rooms, and a comfort room). We also perform soft tissue surgeries and a large amount of dental cleanings with our brand new anesthesia machines and dental delivery units. Services we offer include: digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house lab services along with a partnership with a reference laboratory, and an ultrasound for use with trained individuals. There are several emergency clinics nearby for any pets requiring after hours or more critical care. We currently have 3 doctors with a combined experience of 40+ years.

We are looking for a full time associate to join our team. Our hospital is open Monday-Saturday. Shifts would include at least 4 days during the week, with a rotating schedule for Saturdays.

We are located right outside of downtown Chicago in the West Loop area. We are located on the busy street of Chicago Avenue between Halsted and Ogden.
