The Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island Referral & Emergency Hospital is recruiting an additional Medical Oncologist Veterinarian. The VMCLI is ideally situated on the South Shore of Long Island in West Islip, NY. We are just 40 minutes from NY City where you can experience all the fine dining, Broadway shows and shopping of the big city and just 30 minutes from the beaches and tranquility of the Hamptons. Long Island has many amazing qualities and some of the most beautiful beaches, parks, and vineyards on the east coast.

Our hospital offers 24/7 emergency and critical care and provides specialty services consisting of Surgery, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Critical Care, Dermatology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Avian & Exotics, Neurology, Cardiology and Physical Rehabilitation. The hospital is equipped with state of the art monitoring equipment including but not limited to; wireless telemetry and capnography. Additionally, we have a full complement of diagnostic modalities which includes; multiple In-house laboratories, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, fluoroscopy, LINAC,  interventional radiology, MRI, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, minimally invasive surgery and arthroscopy.
