Upstate Vet Specialty Pet Hospital – Asheville is GROWING and looking for an Oncologist to join our team in the fall of 2022!

Upstate Vet is adding an additional 19,000 sq. ft. and we are looking for an Oncologist to work full time in our new space starting in 2022.  We currently offer Dentistry, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Emergency, and we are adding a Critical Care and Cardiology service. While we have all the "toys" necessary to practice the highest quality medicine, what really sets us apart is the team environment in which we operate. We strive to provide the highest quality of care for our patients while maintaining an appreciation for "quality of life" for our entire team. We all enjoy working in an environment that is supportive of individual professional interests, career growth, and success. The ideal candidate would be talented, energetic, have strong interpersonal skills, possess a sense of humor, and be a contributing member of our existing team. We offer a competitive base salary, CE allowance, benefits, and license package.

Asheville offers all of the convenience and friendliness of a small town yet feature activities and a diversity of cultures normally associated with larger metropolitan areas. The vibrant downtown areas are hubs for the arts, dining, and shopping. Although we experience all four seasons, our temperate climate allows you to enjoy the mountains, lakes, and beaches which are easily accessible.
