Are you an internist who would love to work at the beach and be a part of an exciting and rapidly growing hospital? If so, Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referral in Wilmington, North Carolina wants to hear from you!

As the only 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital in coastal North Carolina, we have a high caseload of critically ill and injured patients. Our team is expanding, and we are looking to hire an internist to join our team. Our team consists of 7 full-time emergency veterinarians who work in conjunction with specialists in surgery, sports medicine and rehabilitation, ophthalmology, and radiology.  We are in a 15,000-square-foot facility with plans for expansion. We are equipped with 2 digital radiography units, ultrasound, a 4-slice GE CT scanner, flexible endoscopy, two Snyder oxygen cage banks (5 cages), full in-house IDEXX lab systems, arthroscopy, and a ForceTriad Electrosurgical Unit. 

The right individuals will have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment with a focus on excellent patient care and communication with clients and referring veterinarians.  Our focus is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients and clients while maintaining a balanced quality of life.
