Nashville Veterinary Specialists in Nashville, TN, seeks a third Neurologist to join our team.
NVS is a young but well-established and growing 24-hour emergency and specialty practice. We have the only neurology service in central Tennessee and are looking to add a third Neurologist to accommodate our growing caseload.
Candidates should be board certified or have completed residency training. Our hospital currently employs one board-certified Criticalist and boarded diplomats in internal medicine, surgery, oncology, dermatology, and neurology. Specialty equipment includes on-site CT and MRI, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, cystoscopy, and electrodiagnostic. Round-the-clock care is provided for all our patients through our 24-hour emergency services. We work out of a newly constructed approximately 14,000 square foot facility. We are also deeply committed to environmental sustainability, which is evident to anyone visiting our practice.
GQ Magazine calls Nashville "Nowville," referring to the city's strong business climate, mild weather, good schools, and fabulous lifestyle. There is easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and water sports, professional sports teams, and arguably the country's best music scene. Yes, we have all types of music, not just country.
In addition to a competitive salary, NVS offers a comprehensive benefits package and a relocation bonus. We are looking for a hardworking and compassionate Neurologist with broad abilities and a strong desire to contribute to our team. NVS focuses on delivering the highest quality care to our patients, the best service to our clients, and effective teamwork. If you are passionate about Neurology and want to be part of a team committed to advancing veterinary medicine please send your CV to Amanda Shultz, Amanda.Schultz@nvacompassionfirst.com for immediate consideration.
NVA is a growing community of general practice clinics, emergency hospitals, equine practices, specialty hospitals, and pet resorts across five countries. Our doctors and animal care teams share best practices, medical knowledge, innovation, and insights. This collaborative approach allows each individual practice and pet resort to do what they do best: service their local community with compassionate, best-in-class care and medicine, to enhance the lives of the animals they love while backed by the support, stability, and leadership of NVA.
Compassion-First and NVA recognize that we share deep-rooted values and priorities. For years, our dedication to Specialty and Emergency medicine has been a common background.
Our groups have long shared the belief that the best patient care comes from championing hospitals in their local communities and supporting the practices and culture that have made them successful. We believe in empowering veterinarians and their teams with deeper resources so they can do more of what’s already working.
Combining our strengths gives us the opportunity to make a lasting and positive impact on the profession, our people, and the care of animals.
This is The Power of Us™. Great medicine comes from great people who band together for the momentum to grow, flourish and practice advanced care.
As one of the only dedicated Specialty and Emergency groups in the industry, NVA Compassion-First is the trusted partner of hospital teams who are looking for more—more resources to advance their medicine, a greater sense of belonging, and increased opportunities to care for their patients, clients and people.
