Dogs and Cats Veterinary Referral & Emergency is a 24-hour referral and emergency practice located in beautiful Bowie, MD (right outside of Washington, DC). We are seeking an Internal Medicine specialist to add to our growing team. We are a multi-specialty practice that includes Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, Radiology, and Surgery. Together, our team is able to provide the most comprehensive and convenient service to our clients and referring veterinary community.
We have a wonderful staff of internship-trained Emergency Clinicians helping our specialists manage complex medical and surgical emergencies as well as providing overnight and weekend support for our clients and patients. Additionally, we have an amazing staff of skilled and dedicated RVTs, Assistants, and Client Service Representatives who work around the clock to help you provide the very best care for your clients and patients.
Our facility is equipped with a fully integrated in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT and MRI on-site, video endoscopy, cystoscopy, laparoscopy, fluoroscopy, climate-controlled oxygen therapy, and telemetric ECG system.
