Internal Medicine Specialist at Hope Advanced Veterinary Center in Vienna, Virginia

Hope Advanced Veterinary Center is looking for an internal medicine specialist to expand our service to two internists.

Hope Advanced Veterinary Center is a 24 hour specialty and emergency practice in Vienna, Virginia. Our highly trained licensed technical staff support a great group of ER veterinarians and specialists.  Specialty services at Hope Advanced Veterinary Center include Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Surgery, Rehabilitation and Cardiology with access to Radiologist support.  Our ER and Specialty doctors work well together to provide complete patient care.  Our internal medicine service is well equipped with a 16 slice CT, ultrasound and endoscopy with access to fluoroscopy.  We also help to train and support an internal medicine intern yearly as well as two general rotating interns.

Our ideal candidate has ultrasound experience (but not required), enjoys a fast paced environment and recognizes the benefits of teamwork.  The schedule would be three to four days a week (Monday to Wednesday/Thursday) and rotating on call weekend and holiday duties.
