North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead and build a dynamic team at their brand-new hospital in Frisco, TX. This position will set the tone for the culture of the hospital and will be an integral part of building the team.

With protected time for administrative duties, the Medical Director will be committed to building and fostering a positive work environment of teamwork. You will work alongside our Hospital Director and be responsible for working directly with the medical team to evaluate best practices and implement medical protocols that directly support patients, staff, and referring veterinarians in our community.

This leadership opportunity comes with a network of leaders to learn and collaborate with. We have the Medical Director’s Advancement Council and the Specialty Advisory Board as resources you are directly connected with.

We are actively recruiting specialists in critical care, internal medicine, and surgery. Our hospital is approximately 13,500 square feet and features two surgery suites, two intensive care units as well as two isolation wards to keep respiratory and GI patients separated, 6 exam rooms, and 2 special procedures rooms. With digital radiology, a CT, ultrasound, and all the other exciting toys, we have (or will acquire).
