Equine Internal Medicine Specialist

McKinlay & Peters Equine Hospital is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Equine Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team. Our equine practice is seeking a dedicated team player to join our current team of 6 veterinarians, including a board certified surgeon. Our medical case load consists of both elective and emergency cases. Additional interests in Emergency Medicine would be desirable. With a diverse and well-educated client base, more challenging and rewarding cases are commonly seen both in hospital and in the field.

Interested candidates should have strong communication skills, be a team player and passionate for helping client and patients alike. The candidate would join our solid, progressive, and dedicated team. The candidate must be Residency Trained and has completed residency training in large animal internal medicine.

Our facility has 4 intensive care and 3 isolation stalls with cameras installed for recording and remote viewing. We have all the cutting-edge equipment and technology including advanced diagnostic imaging (endoscopy, gastroscopy, dynamic scope, arthroscopy, DR, US, MRI), in-house laboratory, alternative medicine, podiatry and regenerative therapies support our hospital, reproductive, and field service case load. Friendly and talented support staff and an internship program help maintain exemplary 24/7, 365 care. Interest in overseeing the internship program welcomed.
