Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) is looking for a Chief Medical Officer / Medical Director to join our amazing team of doctors. The Chief Medical Officer / Medical Director will report directly to the Group President and work alongside our Hospital Director to encourage positive collaboration and be responsible for working directly with specialists and our medical team to evaluate best practices and implement medical protocols that directly support patients, staff and the referring veterinarians in our community.
Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists has served Texas pets, their owners, and referral veterinarians for over 30 years. Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists partnered with the Compassion-First Pet Hospitals in 2016 to accelerate our growth and network with other best-in-class specialty and emergency hospitals. Our new 57,000 sq ft. facility has a 1.5 T MRI, 64 slice CT, a Varian Halcyon radiation therapy system capable of advanced radiation therapy modalities, and an Interventional Radiology Suite.
