Work Schedule – 4 days per week with no on-call and no weekends or holidays!

NEAMC has been in operation since 1975 and we are a multi-faceted teaching facility that includes a 24/7 ER as well as Board Certified Specialists in Critical Care, Surgery, Cardiology and we also have a 5-doctor General Practice. We currently have both residents (Surgery and ECC) and interns within our hospital and value the continuing education of our doctors and staff members.

Our hospital features, an in house, full-service lab (CBC/Chem/EPOC electrolytes, PT/PTT, blood typing and crossmatching), Newport Breeze ventilator, in house blood bank, temperature controlled oxygen cages, Storz video flexible and rigid endoscopy, color flow Doppler ultrasound, laparoscopy, dedicated chemotherapy room with hood, Idexx digital radiography and CT.
