Job Details

SAGE Veterinary Center in Dublin is looking to add a third medical oncologist to our established and growing team. SAGE Dublin is proud to have specialists in surgery, internal medicine, critical care, and anesthesiology. We routinely collaborate with other oncologists in our network.   We have a great team and a strong work culture as well. It is important for all our staff to want to come to work and feel rewarded for the difference they get to make every day.

SAGE Dublin prides itself on embracing innovation. Our hospital has been the first to beta-test new initiatives and processes. We have state-of-the-art equipment, including recently upgraded ultrasound and CT machines. We utilize TigerConnect for in-hospital communication. We are a Go Green-centric hospital that utilizes EzyVet, a paperless records database.

Dublin is in the heart of the Tri-Valley Area and was voted one of the best places to live in California in 2018, and the seventh best place to live in the United States according to “MONEY’s 2018 Best Places to Live”. Dublin is just 35 miles east of San Francisco.

Living in Dublin puts you at the center of the Bay Area. There are multiple family-friendly places to visit. This includes amusement parks, a diverse variety of restaurants, and multiple recreational parks that are pet friendly. Dublin is only a 4-hour drive to the majestic Lake Tahoe, and just a short distance away from the beauty of Napa Valley. Dublin has a lot of community events as well. You can take part in the Annual St. Patrick's Day parade and enjoy delicious Irish food and beer.

Compassion-First and NVA recognize that we share deep-rooted values and priorities. For years, our dedication to Specialty and Emergency medicine has been a common background.

Our groups have long shared the belief that the best patient care comes from championing hospitals in their local communities and supporting the practices and culture that have made them successful. We believe in empowering veterinarians and their teams with deeper resources so they can do more of what’s already working.

Combining our strengths gives us the opportunity to make a lasting and positive impact on the profession, our people, and the care of animals.

This is The Power of Us. Great medicine comes from great people who band together for the momentum to grow, flourish and practice advanced care.

As one of the only dedicated Specialty and Emergency groups in the industry, NVA Compassion-First is the trusted partner of hospital teams who are looking for more—more resources to advance their medicine, a greater sense of belonging, and increased opportunities to care for their patients, clients and people.
