Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist- Poulsbo, Washington

Animal Emergency and Specialty Center located in beautiful Poulsbo, Washington, is interested in adding a Full or Part-time Board Certified Internist. AESC has previously supported an internist in a 3-day per week capacity and has the potential to be full-time based on caseload. The hospital is the only 24/7 ER servicing 3 counties (Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam). You will be joining a surgeon and an elite ER team.

We recently moved into our new hospital. The new hospital provided additional space for: 4 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, Endoscope, 2 Ultrasound machines – 1 portable, CT, ICU, a separate cat ward, 2 isolation rooms, surgery prep, and 3 surgery suites. An MRI is planned for the future.

Our fast-growing practice has a fantastic team environment with a committed staff focused on providing quality care to our patients and clients. Client service is a high priority for our team. Nearby attractions include the Olympic rain forest, Mt. Rainier, the Pacific Ocean, and the beautiful waters of Puget Sound. We’re a short 40-minute ferry ride to downtown Seattle!
