CULTURE / TEAMS
We have remained steadfast in our commitment to being independently owned and creating a legacy of our associates. We feel strongly that having the hospital owners working as providers alongside you is a key to quality of life at work. Other keys include being surrounded by doctors who know collaboration is the foundation of great medicine and having support staff who are compassionate caregivers and dedicated life-long learners.
Your quality of life outside of work should be a focus as well, and Charlotte is a great place to call home for both young professionals and families. As a growing city, Charlotte has a host of amenities and attractions. For sports fans we have professional football, soccer, basketball, and baseball. For fans of cultural and outdoor activities, we have a booming culinary and brewery scene, multiple museums and concert venues, a thriving performing arts center, the National White Water Center, and several large lakes. We are also lucky to be conveniently located to both the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the serenity of the beach.
