Full-time Neurologist Opportunity at Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Springfield/Eugene, OR

Are you a pioneering neurologist looking for an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced 24/7 emergency veterinary team in a brand new 12,000+ square foot facility? The Emergency Veterinary Hospital is seeking a specialist of your caliber and vision to grow with us in our neurology service expansion.  Our state-of-the-art Toshiba 128 slice CT modality, ultrasound, and digital x-ray modalities enable us to provide cutting-edge care to our patients. Our brand-new CT system is complemented by Siemens' Magnetom Avanto, which puts the system in the lead for future consideration upon finding our next neurologist.

At Emergency Veterinary Hospital Eugene/Springfield, Oregon, you will work closely with our long-time Medical Director and partner, Dr. Max Rinaldi, and our experienced Hospital Administrator, Dave Berg. Dr. Rinaldi is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society and the American Veterinary Medical Association, and he brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team.

Community Impact:

Our commitment to pets extends beyond our hospital walls. We implement charity drives for local shelters annually, and our team members have the opportunity to give back to communities around the globe through our partnership with World Vets. Each year, we send a group of doctors and support staff abroad to help pets in need and support programs that nurture healthy relationships between people and animals. In 2021, Lakefield team members were able to be a part of opening the first and only veterinary clinic in the Galapagos. Check out our video below!

Company

Lakefield Veterinary Group is a family-owned veterinary hospital acquisition company, preserving the independence and local legacy for veterinarians looking to sell their practice. Our goal is to obtain successful hospitals without disrupting the unique characteristics that made them so successful. We have over 70 locations, each providing pets with compassionate veterinary care. Unlike other acquisition groups, we are family-owned. This unique trait guides a long-term philosophy based on stability and integrity. The Desmarais family has a history of building enduring companies based on trust and mutual respect that last a lifetime. We’re fortunate to be the steward of an organization whose mission is to improve the lives of pets, and we’re tremendously grateful to work with dedicated veterinarians. Over the next several decades, we aim to build a company that will make a positive contribution to veterinary medicine.
