is looking for a:

Full time or part time Lecturer / Associate Professor in companion animals internal medicine

The position

The Small Animal Teaching Hospital of VetAgro Sup is seeking a part-time or full-time clinician in companion animal internal medicine to join the existing Small Animal Internal Medicine Service.  Professional rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

In the case of a full time position, the candidate is expected to participate in the supervision of after-hours care to animals hospitalized within the Internal Medicine service (primarily phone calls from residents during evenings and week-ends, about 1 week per month).

Depending on the candidate's preferences and qualifications, recruitment could also focus on a position as an Associate Professor (half-time or full-time), involving additional didactic teaching responsibilities and more extensive research activity.

Desired start date: from September 2024, but a later start date is possible.

In the short term (1-2 years), there will also be an opportunity for career progression to an academic tenure position.
