Oncologist

Pet Specialists of Hawaii is a brand-new veterinary specialty hospital and we are seeking an Oncologist to be part of our group.  This is an appointment-based hospital that currently offers both specialty surgery and specialty dentistry services.  An overnight doctor and technician manage our hospitalized patients, however we are not an emergency clinic and do not accept new patients overnight. Our hospital has a very strong referral base as we have an excellent reputation for patient care, communication, and collaboration with our clients, referring veterinarians and other specialists.  Our building is 10,000 sq ft, with two large surgical suites, a Canon Aquillion 64-slice CT scanner, a large dental suite, and a lot of empty space just waiting to be filled!

In order to expand our services, we are seeking a team member who has the credentials and desire to be a part of our growth. As a private hospital, we have the flexibility to structure your compensation, schedule, and hours to create your ideal work environment.  We know that ideal days/hours may be different for each doctor and we look forward to working together to create a schedule that gives you an excellent quality of life while meeting the needs of the island. The work load can be structured to accommodate a doctor just out of residency, however our referral base can easily sustain a doctor who desires a more fast-paced work environment.
