Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Ventura, California is looking for an Internist to join our amazing team. Newly trained Residents are encouraged to apply. An established clientele and caseload is waiting for the right candidate. We are offering an incredible package including a guaranteed base salary starting at $250,000-$300,000, plus a tiered production plan, with industry-leading production rates & no deficit carryover! This great opportunity has a lucrative earning potential. In addition, we are offering a generous Multi-Year Sign-On Bonus, Relocation assistance up to $50,000 & a Monthly Life Experience Bonus for personal expenses, along with an extremely competitive benefits package.

Our beautiful 16,000 square-foot specialty center is set up for you to practice your best medicine, utilizing our in-house labs, C-Arm, 64 slice CT, 1.5 T MRI, ultrasound, and two brand new digital radiology suites.  We have full endoscopic capabilities, including fiber optic endoscopy and bronchoscopy. Our specialties include Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Oncology, Dentistry, Critical Care & an experienced team of Emergency Veterinarians.
