The team is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology including endoscopy, CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopy, enabling the team to perform extensive interventional workups for their patients. We provide a complete range of clinical services to our patients with our network of hospitals working collaboratively together across the country. The Internal Medicine Position:
Having been well established with a committed clientele, we are looking for a fourth vet to join our collaborative and committed team. This department works extremely closely with the referral vet community to treat some of the most complex medical cases. You will work in a multidisciplinary setting with our extensive network of SASH specialists, providing you with a truly collaborative experience and assisting you to achieve the best results for your patients.
The opportunity is a full time, permanent position across a 4-day week. We would also consider a part time position for the right person.
To be considered for this position, you will:

You appreciate that the success of a patient’s treatment not only depends on your level of knowledge and skills but also on your ability to communicate with the owner, the team and the referring vet. Have an interest in supporting the next generation of specialists, assisting to mentor Medicine Residents. Be passionate about providing gold standard care Be eligible to register as a veterinarian in Queensland and a qualified specialist in Internal Medicine, Fellow (ANZCVS) or Diplomate (ACVIM, ECVIM). If you are yet to finalise your specialist exams, but have finished your residency program, we would still love to hear from you.
