Working alongside a dedicated leadership team, including a Hospital Administrator, a Director of Clinical Staff, and a Client Service Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, focusing on clinical excellence, mentorship, and strategic growth.

Requirements
What You Bring:
*Residency Trained or Board-Certified Specialist
*Work on the clinical floor 3–4 days per week
*Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Veterinarians
*Conduct annual reviews, host team meetings, develop compliance protocols, and ensure adherence to standards of care
*Oversee medical staffing plans and align doctor scheduling to patient care needs and operational goals
*Partner with Hospital Leadership and Regional Operations to drive hospital strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve financial goals
*Create and maintain a positive, team-first environment focused on quality medicine and outstanding client service
*Support Veterinarians’ professional and personal development through coaching and guidance
