Job DescriptionFull-Time Veterinarian (DVM) – Mapleton, MN (Near Mankato)
All Pets Medicine, Surgery & Rehabilitation Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinarian (DVM) to lead the development of urgent care services within our established small animal hospital in Mapleton, Minnesota, just 15 minutes from Mankato.
This is a unique opportunity for a veterinarian with an interest in urgent care or emergency medicine to build and shape a same-day care service line, with long-term potential to grow into a full emergency-hybrid veterinary hospital. We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial veterinarian who is excited to help drive growth, develop protocols, and make a lasting impact on our practice and community.
About the Practice
All Pets Medicine, Surgery & Rehabilitation Clinic is an established small animal veterinary hospital focused on compassionate care, advanced medicine, and strong client relationships.
Hospital features include:
• Diverse small animal caseload
\n• Ultrasound, digital radiography, dental radiology, and in-house diagnostics

• Salary: $100,000–$140,000 + production bonuses (based on experience)
