About the Role
As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will:
- Manage complex cases including endocrine, GI, respiratory, renal, and immune-mediated diseases
- Perform advanced diagnostics: endoscopy, ultrasound, and imaging interpretation
- Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with ER doctors, surgeons, and referring veterinarians
- Provide exceptional client communication with empathy and clarity
- Mentor interns, students, and clinical staff
- Participate in research and continuing education
What We’re Looking For
- DVM/VMD degree
- Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
- Residency-trained in Internal Medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible with American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Passion for high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay
- Base Salary: $225,000 – $250,000
- ProSal: 25% production
